The Release Command
In RM, suspended items are not available for transfer or destroy disposal processing. To release a suspended item and allow its default Disposal Action to take effect, you must release the item.
To release a suspended item:

On the Search Results page, click the More actions button for the document, then click Release in the command list.
Or, on the Document Details page for the document, click Release on the toolbar.
RM immediately releases the item.
