The DM Classic Webtop brings enterprise document management capabilities to remote users. Using a Web browser, you can access your documents from outside the office environment through DM Classic Webtop.
When you want to locate a document, the DM Classic Webtop provides you with a host of powerful, easy-to-use search features and lets you search libraries on remote file servers automatically.
You must have the proper access rights to be able to retrieve a document. Using DM Classic Webtop security settings, you can decide who can access your work at the user, folder, or even individual document level. Remote authors can create, check out, revise, and check in documents managed by DM Classic Webtop. Editors and other collaborators can check out, review, edit, and approve the same documents. End users can review the documents online or download read-only copies for future reference.
