As part of the Code field on the Document Profile, users can choose Group Favorites as a search method when searching for a Code.
The Group Favorites categorization opens a Quick Retrieve list of all the open File Parts that are in the group favorites for the current user's primary group. The group favorites collections are maintained by the system administrator or records administrator using the RM Administration Tool.
