Available Trustees

To see a list of available users in each group, select a group listed in the Group pane. The available users will be displayed in the Users pane below.

  • Groups: A group is a list of users that has been predefined by your DM administrator. When granting other users specific rights to a document, you can add an entire group or choose specific people from within an expanded group list.

  • Users: A list of individual users available to be granted rights to the document.

To select a group or a single user from the Available Trustees lists:

  • Click the name to select it and then click the Add button to move the name to the list of Current Trustees (the center pane).

To select multiple users:

  • Continue to move group or user names from the left-hand panes to the right-hand pane until the list of groups and users is complete. You can use CTRL+Click to select more than one entry in a pane.

To remove an entry from the Current Trustees list:

  • Click the name to select it and then click the Remove button to delete the name (the remove function does not affect the original Available Trustees list).

After all users or groups have been selected and added to the Current Trustees list, you can then define the level of rights to be assigned to each user or group.
