RM Overview

RM integrates with DM, transforming it into a fully functional records management system that provides you with the ability to manage both electronic and paper documents using the same database. Administrative operations are accessed from RM Administration Tool.

RM gives end users the ability to perform records management activities such as requesting paper documents or viewing the contents of Files and Boxes through the familiar eDOCS DM user interface.
