Define Trigger Events for Documents

To define events that will send a notification about the currently selected document, select one or more trigger events and then configure the trigger events:

Trigger Event
Description
Access the Document
When this option is selected, a notification will occur every time the currently selected document is accessed.
Edit the Document
When this option is selected, a notification will occur every time the currently selected document is edited.
View the Document
When this option is selected, a notification will occur every time the currently selected document is viewed.
Check-in the Document
When this option is selected, a notification will occur every time the currently selected document is checked in.
Check-out the Document
When this option is selected, a notification will occur every time the currently selected document is checked out.
Publish the Document
When this option is selected, a notification will occur every time the currently selected document is published.
