Default Quick Searches

Recently Edited Documents: Displays a list of your most recently edited documents in the current search library.

Checked Out Documents: Displays a list of your checked-out documents in the current search library.

Deleted Documents: Displays a list of documents that have recently been deleted using the Delete Contents function in the current search libraries. Documents that have been deleted using the Delete or Queue for Deletion function will not be shown here because these functions delete (or will delete) both the Document Profile and the document contents.

All Folders: Displays all of the folders available to you in the current search libraries.

Template Documents: Displays all the documents that have a Retention Type set to Template.

	Note: You can also save a routine search as a Quick Search by clicking the Save As Quick Search button on the Search Results tab. If you do not have the rights required to delete or edit a particular Quick Search, the Delete icon (or Edit this Quick Search icon) will not be displayed in the row for that Quick Search.
