Use the Quick Searches Page

To execute an existing Quick Search, click a Quick Search Name link.

You can also execute a Session Search by clicking the Session Search name link. A Session Search is a search that you previously executed during your DM Classic Webtop session. These searches are saved on the Quick Search page and the Quick Searches tab on the Quick Reference page until you log out of or close the DM Classic Webtop. To modify an existing Quick Search, click the Modify icon next to the Quick Search to access the Edit Quick Searches page. The Edit Quick Search page is displayed.

To create a new Quick Search, click the New button to access the Edit Quick Search page. The New Quick Search page is displayed.

To add a Quick Search to an existing workspace, click the Add to Workspace button.

To delete a Quick Search, select the check box to the left of the Quick Search icon and then click the Delete button. Or, click the Delete icon in the row for the Quick Search you want to delete.

To select all of the Quick Searches for deletion, click the check box in the column heading, then click the Delete button. To clear all the check boxes, select the check box in the column heading again.
