Access Rights for Quick Searches

To modify the Quick Search access rights for each user or group:

  1. Select a group or user name from the Current Trustees list by clicking the name to select it. The check boxes in the rows for each option (View, Edit, or Delete) in the Access Rights pane will become active.

  2. To give a trustee a specific permission, select the check box in the Allow column. To disallow a trustee permission, select the check box in the Deny column.

    • View: Grants the currently selected user or group the right to use the Quick Search.

    • Edit: Grants the currently selected user or group the right to edit the Quick Search.

    • Delete: Grants the currently selected user or group the right to delete the Quick Search.

  3. To save the current Quick Search security settings, click the OK button. To discard the settings, click the Cancel button.

  4. Click Save Quick Search.
