Modify the Search Results Columns

You can change the columns that are displayed on your Search Results list.

To modify your Search Results columns:

  1. Click the Modify Columns icon on the column heading. The Modify Columns window is displayed.

    • To choose the columns you want displayed, select the check box next to each column or click in the row.

    • To remove a column you do not want displayed, clear the check box next to the column or click in the row.

    • To move a single column up or down, select the up or down icon in the desired row.

  2. Click OK to save your changes. Click Cancel to close the window without applying your changes. Click Restore defaults to restore the default columns and column order displayed on a Search Results list.

    Your changes will take effect the next time you access the Search Results tab.
